from the ages of 3 to 18, i trained in classical ballet, modern, and contemporary technique. i completed a minor in dance performance at pomona college.

after moving back to chicago for grad school, i performed as a company member with cocodaco dance project, and as a freelancer with other contemporary groups. i later co-founded and served as community director of echo modern dance collective.

from 2021 to 2024 i was a resident artist with unearth arts society — a coalition of dancers focused on the intersection of art and climate action.

in 2024 i co-created landing — an annual movement festival at zumwalt acres, centered on building reciprocal, loving relationships with land.

i am currently exploring jewish mysticism through dance as a laba bay fellow.

i am a registered yoga teacher and have been teaching restorative, vinyasa, and hatha style classes since 2019. i am deeply inspired by gaga and other inclusive guided improvisation formats, and i love teaching intuitive movement workshops to groups of all ages and abilities.

i am building jewish movement collective — an organization that invites people of all movement backgrounds to learn about jewish somatic wisdom and celebrate the spiritual fulfillment that dance can bring.
